If you rent a storage unit from IT’s Storage, your written Rental Agreement governs your tenancy. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement shall control.

Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or rent a storage unit. By using this site, you represent that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms and any related agreements.

Use of Website

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes. You may not use the website in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the site or interfere with any other party’s use.

Payments, Default, and Lien Rights

Failure to pay rent or other charges when due may result in late fees, restriction of access, and enforcement of the Owner’s lien rights as set forth in the Rental Agreement and applicable South Carolina law.

Security Disclaimer

IT’s Storage may utilize lighting, cameras, or other measures intended to help deter unauthorized activity. No security system is guaranteed.

Tenants are responsible for securing their units with a tenant-provided lock and for maintaining insurance coverage on stored property.

No Bailment; Risk of Loss

IT’s Storage is not a warehouseman, and no bailment is created. All property stored at the facility is stored at the tenant’s sole risk. IT’s Storage does not provide insurance for stored property unless expressly stated in writing.

No Warranties

This website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. IT’s Storage does not warrant that the website will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IT’s Storage shall not be liable for any loss, theft, or damage to property or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or facility. Any liability of IT’s Storage, if any, is governed by the Rental Agreement and applicable South Carolina law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IT’s Storage, its owners, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the website, stored property, or violation of these Terms, to the fullest extent permitted by law and consistent with the Rental Agreement.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

Variation of Terms

IT’s Storage may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Assignment

IT’s Storage may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction. You may not assign your rights without prior written consent.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any applicable Rental Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and IT’s Storage regarding website use and storage services.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any legal action shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction within South Carolina.
